It has been all about dinosaurs this week in the Nursery. Last week the children had fun pretending to be shopkeepers, so following the children’s interests we have combined these themes and found a lovely book called Dinosaur Department Store by Lily Murray. This has inspired lots of role play opportunities and writing shopping lists.
We have been using a variety of objects to make marks and patterns such as dinosaur feet, Duplo and potato mashers.
