On Monday, 23rd September, the years 5 & 6 football festival took place at St Dunstans Jubilee Ground. Five schools entered teams on this very wet, but warm, afternoon. All of the games were very competitive and played in a great spirit. There were some fantastic goals scored by all teams along with great goalkeeping and all round play.
The games were played in a great spirit with strong determination showed by all. There was a fantastic atmosphere with all the spectators cheering on their team with words of encouragement.
Congratulations to all our St Michael’s children, who represented our school so well. All the players went home with a certificate and we are very proud of their conduct and efforts.
