Reception children had a fantastic time in PE this week learning new skills in how to play golf!
Golf teaches our children patience, perseverance and discipline, whilest also giving them some exercise and fresh air.
St Michael’s former pupil Mark Brailey persevered and he is now a professional golfer and international golf teacher!
There are many disciplines in golf and so far the children have learned chipping and putting. We will soon need to stand back as the children begin to learn the most vital techniques in the game.
Look out for their golf balls going into the air and dropping into the hole!
