Golf is on the timetable this term for the children, following on from Lacrosse in the Autumn term.
Staff training on the fundamentals of golf kick-started the term and all staff, as usual, thoroughly enjoyed showing off their new found golfing skills!
The children will learn about Tri–golf which is an official alternative version of golf created for primary school children. This game uses light, plastic clubs and a rubber ball, which makes it very safe and much easier to hit. The children will have a range of different colourful targets that they will use to improve their skill level and have some fun.
We already have one professional golfer in our alumni – maybe there will be many more to come!
