In Year 4, we’ve embarked on an exciting new project that has everyone buzzing with excitement—we’ve become pen pals with a class of students in China!
The children have been working hard on their first letters, carefully introducing themselves, sharing details about their hobbies, favorite foods, and what a typical day at school looks like here in the UK. We’ve also included questions we’re curious about—like what their favorite games are, what they love to eat, and what their school routines are like.
It’s been such a wonderful opportunity for our children to think about their own lifestyle and how it might compare to someone living in another part of the world. Will their hobbies be similar to ours? Do they play the same games at break time? What do they eat for lunch? How long is their school day? These are just a few of the questions we can’t wait to find out the answers to when their letters arrive!
