We explored how underwater earthquakes can trigger tsunamis and identified the warning signs, such as tremors or low tide, that indicate a tsunami may be approaching. Our discussion covered the significant damage tsunamis can inflict on coastal towns, cities, and their residents. To deepen our understanding, we created our own tsunami model and observed the effects it would have on the surrounding area.
