In Year 1 we used our senses to help us recognise a bulb. We looked at and tasted various different vegetables before taking a closer look at the different seeds.
We had some lovely discussions and spent some time choosing which vegetable we would like to grow for ourselves. We now spend some time nurturing our plants and recording the growth over a period of time.
We enjoyed planting some lilies to make our outdoor area look lovely and colourful for the Summer!
