Our class books ‘Bob the man on the moon’ and ‘Look Up!’ started our voyage to find out more about space with a big bang!
Curious to further our knowledge and understanding, we took a trip to where else but the famous London Science Museum. With many exhibits to see and hands on experiences to take part in, we were all rearing to go.
Our first stop was a brilliant interactive workshop which taught us all about purifying water and explored the effects of gravity – it definitely deepened our understanding of some very challenging topics.
Following on from our workshop, we explored the Science Museum finding out new information about space and obviously lots of other scientific facts – it is a scientist’s paradise.
As expected, the children were great ambassadors of the school and had a fantastic time.
A special mention to our amazing and extremely helpful parents; they went above and beyond whilst caring for the children. Thank you for your support, we appreciate you!
