Skipping is a fun, healthy and creative way for children to get exercise – it improves fitness, coordination and cooperation. Therefore, on Friday the 6th November, the children of St Michael’s joined many other schools to practise and improve their skipping skills on National Skipping Day.
Skipping is a great activity for people of all ages, so please feel free to do some skipping at home, especially as it is a great way to stay fit during our second lockdown.
