The sun was shining, but not too much! The children were excited, the time had arrived for one of the favourite events of the school year. Sports day!
Parents arrived at the sports field and the house competition began. The focus of the day – work as a team and have fun! The events ranged from egg and spoon to obstacle course. Sprints took place later in the day.

Class sprints and tug of war are firm St Michael’s favourites.
Children and teachers thoroughly enjoyed the day, so did visiting friends and family. Let’s get ready for the next one!
